Does an apartment community have to accept Section 8 tenants?

At the present time, management only has to accept Section 8 tenant if the property is located in Seattle, Bellevue or unincorporated King County. If the property is located outside of those areas, acceptance of Section 8 tenants is not required. Before you make the decision, it is best to consult with an attorney.
